When you have a problem with a supplier, he always asks you to close your issue with him and fix it for you, except that they are very clever and don't do it. This has already happened to me once with another supplier a few years ago, so don't accept any compromise and be careful when you click on the refund information. Do not click on a proposal that is very often 0€ because yes, they dare to accept a refund at a rate of 0, we think it's good but not at all, so be careful and after three days .
